Our story

Cedars was born from the desire to bring a piece of Lebanon to the Netherlands. In Lebanon, food means coming together: long tables filled with dishes, families sharing, laughing and enjoying for hours. That same warmth is what we want you to experience here.

Our name “Cedars” refers to the cedar tree – the symbol of strength, hospitality and connection in Lebanon. That is exactly the feeling we want to share with you as soon as you walk through our doors.
